Tenor

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 525,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 16.06.2010 zu zahlen.

Der Beklagte wird weiter verurteilt, den Kläger von außergerichtlichen Rechts-anwaltskosten der Rechtsanwälte C, C2, in Höhe von 83,54 € freizustellen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 72 % und der Beklagte zu 28 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Beide Parteien können die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Seite in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages Sicherheit leistet.
