In a first-instance civil action, the Bochum District Court ordered the defendant to pay the claimant €876.64, together with interest at five percentage points above the base rate from 2 August 2015. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung i.H.v. 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nichts die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit i.H.v. 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
