Tenor

Der Beschluss der Wohnungseigentümerversammlung vom 17.05.2011 zu TOP 8), Jahresabrechnung 2010, wird hinsichtlich der Heizkostenabrechnung für ungültig erklärt.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
