Der Antrag auf Erlass einer einstweiligen Verfügung wird zurückgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Verfügungsverfahrens hat die Verfügungsklägerin zu tra-gen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Verfügungsklägerin kann die Vollstreckung durch die Verfügungsbeklagte durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht zuvor die Verfügungsbeklagte Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe geleistet hat.
