Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, die derzeit dem Gericht vorliegenden vier Lichtbilder an die Klägerin herauszugeben.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden der Klägerin zu 1/4 auferlegt, der Beklagten zu 3/4.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Den Parteien wird jeweils nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleis-tung in der Höhe von 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht jeweils die Gegenseite vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
