Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger 502,68 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5% Punkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 18.08.2004 zu zahlen; im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Kläger je 1/3 sowie der Beklagte 1/3.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Den Klägern ist gestattet, die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 200,00 €, dem Beklagten ist gestattet, die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 750,00 € abzuwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Partei zuvor Sicherheit in entsprechender Höhe leistet
