Tenor

Der Antrag auf Erlaß eines Arrestbefehls wird zurückgewiesen.

Der Antragsteller hat die Kosten des Arrestverfahrens einschließlich der Kosten, die durch die Hinterlegung der Schutzschrift entstanden sind, zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Dem Arrestkläger wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des beizutreibenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Arrestbeklagte vor der Vollstreckung in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.
