In dem Rechtsstreit

hat das Amtsgericht Bonn

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 15.04.2003

für Recht erkannt:

1.) Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, es bei Vermeidung eines für jeden Fall der Zuwiderhandlung festzusetzenden Ordnungsgeldes bis. zu 250.000,00· Euro ersatzweise Ordnungshaft von bis zu 6 Monaten, oder eine Ordnungshaft von bis zu 6 Monate.n, zu unterlassen, der Klägerin per E-Mail Werbung an deren E- Mail-Adresse “###### " zu übersenden, es sei denn, die Klägerin hat ,der Übersendung zugestimmt oder ihr Einverständnis.kann vermutet werden.

2.) Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

3.) Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Der Beklagten wird gestattet, die Vollstreckung der Klägerin durch

Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 300,00 Euro abzuwenden, wenn nicht zuvor die Klägerin Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
