Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 415,03 EUR (in Worten: vierhundertfünfzehn Euro und drei Cent) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 21.04.2012 sowie vorgerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten in Höhe von 130,55 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 26.10.2012 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
