Kerpen District Court authorized entry into and a search of the affected person’s dwelling or room in communal accommodation under North Rhine-Westphalia public-order and police legislation. Das Betreten und Durchsuchung der Wohnung bzw. des Zimmers der Betroffenen in der Gemeinschaftsunterkunft in der E.-straße xxx in xxxxx xxxxxx wird gemäß § 24 Ordnungsbehördengesetz NRW in Verbindung mit §§ 35 Abs. 1 Nr. 2, 41 Abs. 1 Nr. 1, 42 Polizeigesetz NRW angeordnet.
Die Maßnahmen sind nur zulässig in der Zeit von 6.00 Uhr bis 21.00 Uhr.
Gemäß § 42 Abs. 1 Satz 3 Polizeigesetz NRW in Verbindung mit § 24 FGG und § 8 Abs. 1 Satz 2 FEVG wird die sofortige Wirksamkeit der Entscheidung angeordnet.
