In this first-instance family proceeding, the Brühl District Court ordered the respondent to deliver 300 Bahare-Azadi gold coins to the applicant within one month after the decision becomes final. Der Antragsgegner wird verpflichtet, der Antragsgegnerin 300 Bahare-Azadi-Goldmünzen zu leisten.
Dem Antragsgegner wird eine Frist zur Erfüllung der unter Ziff. 1) tenorierten Verpflichtung binnen eines Monats ab Rechtskraft dieser Entscheidung gesetzt.
Für der Fall, dass die unter Ziff. 1) tenorierte Verpflichtung nicht fristgemäß erfüllt wird, wird der Antragsgegner verpflichtet, statt der unter Ziff. 1) tenorierten Leistung 232.023,00 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz ab Rechtskraft der Entscheidung zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird der Antrag vom 08.01.2013 zurückgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Verfahrens hat der Antragsgegner zu tragen.
