In this first-instance civil action, Bielefeld Local Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff EUR 400, with interest at five percentage points above the base rate. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger 25 % und die Beklagte 75 %.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
