Tenor

wegen Vornahme einer Amtshandlung gemäß § 45 Abs. 1 PStG wird beschlossen:

Es wird nicht angeordnet,

und dem zu Folge abgelehnt, den Oberbürgermeister der Stadt C - Standesamt - dazu anzuhalten, dem Antragsteller eine beglaubigte Ablichtung der Geburts- und Sterbeurkunde des Herrn S sowie eine beglaubigte Ablichtung aus dem Familienbuch auszufertigen und Auskunft darüber zu erteilen, welche Abkömmlinge der S hinterlassen hat.
