Tenor

Die Beklagte wird unter Klageabweisung im Übrigen verurteilt, an die Klägerin 465,75 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 23.11.2013 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtstreits werden der Klägerin zu 83 % und der Beklagten zu 17 % auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Jede Partei darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aus dem Urteil vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, sofern nicht die Gegenpartei zuvor Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils beizutreibenden Betrages leistet.
