Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, die im Liegenschaftskataster der B-Stadt - Katasteramt - Stand 2.12.2014 als Flurstück 185 dargestellte, ca. 486 qm große und vermessene Teilfläche nebst aufstehendem Haus Nummer 118 des Grundstücks Gemarkung M, Flur 30, Flurstück 185 (E-Weg 118) eingetragen im Grundbuch von M, Blatt Nr. 2478, Bestandsbezeichnung Nr. 23, nebst einem 11/100 Miteigentumsanteil an dem Grundstück Gemarkung M Flur 30, Flurstück 183 und 186, eingetragen im Grundbuch von M, Blatt 11094, Verkehrsfläche E-Weg , an die Klägerin zu übereignen und die Eintragung der Klägerin als Eigentümerin im Grundbuch zu bewilligen, Zug um Zug gegen Zahlung eines Kaufpreises in Höhe von 163.353,00 Euro.
Die Widerklage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 170.000 Euro.
