Tenor
Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger 918,36 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz der EZB seit dem 08.02.2012 abzüglich am 04.09.2012 gezahlter 330,00 € zu zahlen.
Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger vorgerichtliche Kosten in Höhe von 130,50 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz der EZB seit dem 07.06.2012 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung der Kläger gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.
