I.
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 855,94 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz hieraus seit dem 26.04.2006 zu bezahlen.

Die Beklagte wird weiter verurteilt, an den Kläger 58,81 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz hieraus seit dem 29.06.2006 zu bezahlen.
III.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.
IV.
Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Beklagte kann jedoch die Vollstreckung gegen sich durch Sicherheitsleistungen in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund dieses Urteils gegen sie vollstreckbaren Betrag abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
