Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Beide Parteien können die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Seite Sicher-heit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
