Tenor

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 2.545,30 DM nebst 5 % Zinsen über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz der Europäischen Zentralbank seit dem 27.03.2001 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 3.500,00 DM vorläufig vollstreckbar. Sicherheitsleistung durch Bankbürgschaft wird zugelassen.
