Tenor

Es wird festgestellt, dass der Beklagte als Vater der Klägerin gilt.

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, der Klägerin vom Tage der Geburt (2.8.1968) bis zur Vollendung des achtzehnten Lebensjahres als Unterhalt eine im voraus zu entrichtende Geldrente von monatlichen 120,00 DM, die rück-ständigen Beträge sofort, die künftig fällig werdenden am zweiten Tage eines jeden Lebensmonats zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist, soweit es den Unterhaltsanspruch bis August 1969 ein-schließlich betrifft, gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 1.600,00 DM, im übri-gen ohne eine solche vorläufig vollstreckbar; der Beklagte kann die Voll-streckung durch 1.500,00 DM Sicherheit abwenden.
