The Zurich High Court dealt with a complaint against the refusal of legal aid in a family-law proceeding. Upon joinder, the separate complaint proceedings are deemed resolved and may be struck out as terminated. The joinder does not decide the merits of the complaint but merely channels further treatment through the lead docket (consid. 1).

Beschwerde gegen eine Verfügung des Einzelgerichts im summarischen Verfahren am Bezirksgericht Horgen vom 22. Dezember 2016 (EE150089-F)
Erwägungen: Da die Vorinstanz vorliegend das Gesuch des Gesuchsgegnerin und Beschwer- deführerin (nachfolgend Gesuchsgegnerin) um Gewährung der unentgeltli chen Rechtspflege wegen Mittellosigkeit abgewiesen hat und die von der Gesuchsgeg- neri n dagegen erhobene Beschwerde von der Beurteilung der in der Hauptsache angehobenen Berufung abhängt (Parallelverfahren Geschäfts-Nr. LE70005), er- scheint es zweckmässig, das Beschwerdeverfahren mit dem Berufungsverfahren zu vereinigen (Art. 125 lit. c ZPO). Das Beschwerdeverfahren ist als dadurch erle- digt abzuschreiben (Art. 242 ZPO). Es wird beschlossen: 1. Das vorliegende Beschwerdeverfahren wird mit dem Berufungsverfa hre n Geschäfts-Nr. LE170005 vereinigt, unter dieser Nummer weitergeführt und als dadurch erledigt abgeschrieben. 2. Schriftliche Mitteilung an die Parteien im Berufungsverfahren Geschäfts-Nr. LE170005 sowie zu den Akten des Prozesses Geschäfts-Nr. LE170005.
