Zivilkammer des Obergerichtes des Kantons Zürich vom 10. September 2004 in Sachen G. betreffend Neuregelung der elterlichen Sorge gemäss Art. 134 Abs. 3 ZGB Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren In der Ausfertigung des obgenannten Beschlusses vom 10. September 2004 wurde versehentlich Oberrichter X. als vorsitzender Richter im Rubrum aufgeführt anstelle von Oberrichter Y., der sowohl bei der Verhandlung vor Obergericht vom 31. August 2004 als Vorsitzender, als auch bei der Beschlussfassung beteiligt war. Dabei handelt es sich um ein offenkundiges Versehen, das zu berichtigen ist (§ 166 GVG). Ich habe die entsprechende Berichtigung auf Seite 32 im Protokoll vorgenommen, indem Oberrichter X. als Vorsitzender gestrichen und an seiner Stelle Oberrichter Y. als Vorsitzender aufgenommen wurde.
