Berufung gegen eine Verfügung des Einzelgerichts im ordentlichen Verfahren am Bezirksgericht Meilen vom 9. August 2013 (FE130075-G)
Erwägungen: Mit Schreiben vom 29. Oktober 2013, beim Obergericht eingegangen am 30. Oktober 2013, zog die Berufungsklägerin die Berufung zurück. Das Verfahren ist entsprechend abzuschreiben. Ausgangsgemäss sind die Prozesskosten des Rechtsmittelverfahrens der Berufungsklägerin aufzuerlegen. Mangels erheblicher Umtriebe ist dem Beru- fungsbeklagten für das Rechtsmittelverfahren keine Parteientschädigung zuzu- sprechen. Es wird beschlossen: 1. Das Verfahren wird abgeschrieben. 2. Die zweitinstanzliche Entscheidgebühr wird auf Fr. 800.– festgesetzt. 3. Die Gerichtskosten des Rechtsmittelverfahrens werden der Berufungskläge- rin auferlegt. 4. Es werden keine Parteientschädigungen zugesprochen. 5. Schriftliche Mitteilung an die Parteien, an den Berufungsbeklagten unter Bei- lage des Doppels von Urk. 9, sowie an das Einzelgericht im ordentlichen Verfahren am Bezirksgericht Meilen unter Rücksendung der erstinstanzli- chen Akten, je gegen Empfangsschein. 6. Eine Beschwerde gegen diesen Entscheid an das Bundesgericht ist innert 30 Tagen von der Zustellung an beim Schweizerischen Bundesgericht, 1000 Lausanne 14, einzureichen. Zulässigkeit und Form einer solchen Be- schwerde richten sich nach Art. 72 ff. (Beschwerde in Zivilsachen) oder Art. 113 ff. (subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde) in Verbindung mit Art. 42 des Bundesgesetzes über das Bundesgericht (BGG).
Dies ist ein Entscheid über vorsorgliche Massnahmen im Sinne von Art. 98 BGG. Es handelt sich um eine nicht vermögensrechtliche Angelegenheit. Die Beschwerde an das Bundesgericht hat keine aufschiebende Wirkung. Hinsichtlich des Fristenlaufs gelten die Art. 44 ff. BGG.
