In its winter session final votes, the National Council approved the amendment to the Accident Insurance Act unanimously, adopted two decrees on non-agricultural property and two urgent health-insurance measures, and rejected Gysin's order motion to return to the final vote on the waiting-period decree.
Final votes in the National Council: approval of federal draft measures is determined by simple parliamentary majority; an order motion to reopen a completed final vote is rejected where the chamber declines to return to the item. The bulletin records the adoption or rejection of the individual drafts according to the vote counts announced in the plenary.
