In the winter session, the National Council held final votes on several parliamentary initiatives and draft acts. It approved the initiatives on government policy guidelines and on drug offenses by unanimous votes, approved the UN accession proposal by 102 to 58, and accepted the proposals on social work schools, citizenship law, savings measures, and grain supply by large majorities. Most items were then sent to the Council of States.
Parliamentary final votes in the National Council; where the bulletin records only the vote result, the act is limited to the adoption or rejection tally and, where indicated, referral to the Council of States. No substantive reasoning is given beyond the recorded majority result.
