The Federal Chancellery published a notice stating that the Federal Assembly had adopted, during an extraordinary session, a federal decree of 3 May 1991 creating a fund for the safeguarding and management of traditional rural landscapes. The decree would not be published immediately in the Federal Gazette; publication would occur only once the legal basis supporting it entered into force.
Deferred publication of a federal decree; the act is to be published in the Federal Gazette only after the legal basis on which it rests has entered into force. Such a notice does not decide a dispute but merely announces conditional publication of the adopted measure.
