The Federal Assembly granted federal guarantee to the constitution of the Canton of Solothurn, which had been approved in the popular vote of 1986-06-08. The decree was adopted after consideration of the Federal Council's message of 1987-03-16 and is not subject to referendum.
Art. 6 of the Federal Constitution; federal guarantee of a cantonal constitution. The Federal Assembly may grant guarantee to a cantonal constitution once the required constitutional conditions are met and the constitution has been accepted by the people. The guarantee is granted by federal decree; as a non-general act, the decree is not subject to referendum.
Arrêté fédéral concernant la garantie de la constitution du canton de Soleure
du 21 septembre 1987
L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 6 de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 16 mars 19871), arrête:
Article premier
La garantie est accordée à la constitution du canton de Soleure qui a été ac- ceptée lors de la votation populaire du 8 juin 1986.
Art. 2
Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas sujet au référendum.
