The Federal Assembly approved the Federal Council's 22 May 1985 decision granting a general authorization for a storage facility for enriched uranium in the form of uranium hexafluoride at Würenlingen. The decree states that it is not subject to referendum and cites Article 8 of the 6 October 1978 federal decree on the Atomic Energy Act as its legal basis.
Art. 8 of the federal decree of 6 October 1978 concerning the Atomic Energy Act; federal parliamentary approval of a general authorization decision: where the statute requires parliamentary approval of a Federal Council authorization, the Federal Assembly may approve the specific administrative decision as proposed in the Federal Council message. The approval is a constituent confirmation of the authorization and, when expressly excluded by law, the federal decree is not subject to referendum.

L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse,
vu l'article 8 de l'arrêté fédéral du 6 octobre 19781) concernant la loi sur l'énergie atomique;
vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 22 mai 19852),
arrête:
Article premier
La décision du Conseil fédéral du 22 mai 1985 au sujet de l'octroi de l'au- torisation générale pour un dépôt d'uranium enrichi sous forme d'hexafluo- rure d'uranium à Würenlingen (ch. 34 du message) est approuvé.
Art. 2
Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas sujet au référendum.
