Appeal withdrawal; striking a case from the docket and costs: when the appellant withdraws the appeal, the appellate court takes formal note of the withdrawal and terminates the proceedings by removing the matter from the docket. Vu la décision du 6 avril 2009, communiquée le 20 mai 2009, par laquelle la Justice de paix du district de la Riviera-Pays d'Enhaut a dit que C.L.________ pourrait avoir ses enfants A.L.________ et C.L.________ auprès de lui un week-end sur deux, alternativement à Noël ou Nouvel An, Pâques ou Pentecôte ainsi que la moitié des vacances scolaires (I) et mis les frais de la cause par 200 fr. à la charge des père et mère chacun par moitié (II), vu le recours daté du 3 juin 2009 et mis à la poste le 5 juin 2009 interjeté par P.________ contre cette décision, vu la lettre de P.________ du 24 juin 2009 dans laquelle elle déclare retirer son recours du 3 juin 2009, vu les pièces au dossier;
2 - attendu qu'il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours de P.________ et de rayer la cause du rôle, que le présent arrêt peut être rendu sans frais (art. 236 al. 2 TFJC, tarif du 4 décembre 1984 des frais judiciaires en matière civile, RS 270.11.5). le Président de la Chambre des tutelles du Tribunal cantonal : I. prend acte du retrait du recours de P.; II. raye la cause du rôle; III. déclare le présent arrêt, rendu sans frais, exécutoire, ainsi que la décision de première instance. Le président : Du L'arrêt qui précède, dont la rédaction a été approuvée à huis clos, est communiqué à : -Mme P., -M. C.L.________, -Justice de paix de la Riviera-Pays d'Enhaut, par l'envoi de photocopies. Il prend date de ce jour.
