Art. 386 al. 2 let. b CPP Statuant sur le recours interjeté le 26 mai 2016 par S.________ et H.________ contre la décision de refus d’admission de partie plaignante rendue le 10 mai 2016 par le Procureur du Ministère public de l’arrondissement de Lausanne dans la cause n° PE16.008639-ERY, la Chambre des recours pénale considère : E n f a i t e t e n d r o i t :

  1. Par courrier du 13 juillet 2016, S.________ et H.________, représentées par leur conseil de choix, Me Nicolas Saviaux, ont déclaré retirer leur recours contre la décision de refus d’admission de partie plaignante rendue par le Ministère public de l’arrondissement de Lausanne.

Il convient d’en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle.

  1. La partie qui retire son recours étant considérée comme ayant succombé (art. 428 al. 1, 2 e phr. CPP [Code de procédure pénale du 5 octobre 2007; RS 312.0]), les frais de la procédure de recours, constitués en l'espèce du seul émolument d'arrêt, par 220 fr. (art. 20 al. 1 TFIP [Tarif des frais de procédure et indemnités en matière pénale du 28 septembre 2010; RSV 312.03.1]), seront mis à la charge de S.________ et H., par moitié chacune et solidairement entre elles (art. 418 al. 1 et 2 CPP). Par ces motifs, la Chambre des recours pénale prononce : I.Il est pris acte du retrait du recours. II.La cause est rayée du rôle. III.Les frais d’arrêt, par 220 fr. (deux cent vingt francs), sont mis à la charge de S. et H., par moitié chacune et solidairement entre elles. IV.L’arrêt est exécutoire.
