Art. 386 al. 2 let. b CPP Statuant sur le recours interjeté par courrier daté du 17 octobre 2014 par Q.________ contre l’ordonnance de non-entrée en matière rendue le 6 octobre 2014 par le Ministère public de l’arrondissement de La Côte dans la cause n° PE14.020419-DMT, la Chambre des recours pénale considère : E n f a i t e t e n d r o i t : 1.Par écriture du 23 octobre 2014, Q.________ a déclaré retirer son recours contre l’ordonnance rendue le 6 octobre 2014 par le Ministère public de l’arrondissement de La Côte refusant d’entrer en matière sur la
2 - plainte qu’elle avait déposée le 25 septembre 2014. Il convient dès lors d’en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle. 2.La partie qui retire son recours étant considérée comme ayant succombé (art. 428 al. 1, 2 e phrase CPP [Code de procédure pénale du 5 octobre 2007; RS 312.0]), les frais de la procédure de recours, constitués en l'espèce du seul émolument d'arrêt, par 220 fr. (art. 20 al. 1 TFIP [Tarif des frais de procédure et indemnités en matière pénale du 28 septembre 2010; RSV 312.03.1]), seront mis à la charge de Q.. Par ces motifs, la Chambre des recours pénale prononce : I. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours. II. La cause est rayée du rôle. III. Les frais d'arrêt, par 220 fr. (deux cent vingt francs), sont mis à la charge de Q.. IV. Le présent arrêt est exécutoire.
