In an appeal concerning a certificate of heirs in the succession of B.P.________, the appellant withdrew the appeal. Costs are allocated according to the general rule of Art. 106 al. 1 CPC; where the withdrawal occurs after circulation of the file, the cantonal tariff may provide a reduction of court costs, without any award of party compensation if the opposing parties were not called upon to respond (consid. 2).

Art. 241 al. 3 CPC Statuant à huis clos sur le recours interjeté par A.P., à Prangins, contre le certificat d’héritiers délivré le 3 mars 2013 par le Juge de paix du district de Lavaux – Oron dans le cadre de la succession de B.P. divisant le recourant d’avec C.P., à Pompaples, et D.P., à Forel (Lavaux), la Juge déléguée de la Chambre des recours civile du Tribunal cantonal voit :
2 - E n f a i t e t e n d r o i t : 1.Par lettre du 14 avril 2014, le recourant a déclaré retirer son recours. Il convient d’en prendre acte et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 241 al. 3 CPC [Code de procédure civile du 19 décembre 2008, RS 272]), ce qui relève de la compétence du juge délégué de la Cour de céans (art. 43 al. 1 let. a CDPJ [Code de droit privé judiciaire vaudois du 12 janvier 2010, RSV 211.02]). 2.Les frais judiciaires de deuxième instance, réduits d’un tiers dès lors que le recours a été retiré après que le dossier a circulé auprès des membres de la cour (76 al. 2 TFJC [tarif des frais judiciaires civils du 28 septembre 2010, RSV 270.11.5]), sont arrêtés à 67 fr. (art. 74 al. 1 et 76 al. 2 TFJC) et mis à la charge du recourant (art. 106 al. 1 CPC). Les intimées n’ayant pas été invitées à se déterminer, il ne leur sera pas alloué de dépens. Par ces motifs, la Juge déléguée de la Chambre des recours civile du Tribunal cantonal, statuant à huis clos, p r o n o n c e : I. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours. II. Les frais judiciaires de deuxième instance, arrêtés à 67 fr. (soixante-sept francs), sont mis à la charge du recourant.
3 - III. La cause est rayée du rôle. IV. L'arrêt est exécutoire. La juge déléguée : La greffière : Du L'arrêt qui précède, dont la rédaction a été approuvée à huis clos, est notifié à : -M. A.P., -Mme C.P. et -Mme D.P.________. Le présent arrêt peut faire l'objet d'un recours en matière civile devant le Tribunal fédéral au sens des art. 72 ss LTF (loi du 17 juin 2005 sur le Tribunal fédéral – RS 173.110), cas échéant d'un recours constitutionnel subsidiaire au sens des art. 113 ss LTF. Dans les affaires pécuniaires, le recours en matière civile n'est recevable que si la valeur litigieuse s'élève au moins à 15'000 fr. en matière de droit du travail et de droit du bail à loyer, à 30'000 fr. dans les autres cas, à moins que la contestation ne soulève une question juridique de principe (art. 74 LTF). Ces recours doivent être déposés devant le Tribunal fédéral dans les trente jours qui suivent la présente notification (art. 100 al. 1 LTF).
