2 - Vu le recours formé le 30 juin 2009 par A.S.________ (ci-après: le recourant), représenté par son père, à l’encontre de la décision prise le 13 mai 2009 par l'Office de l'assurance-invalidité pour le canton de Vaud (ci-après: l'OAI), vu la réponse déposée le 15 octobre 2009 par l'OAI, vu le courrier du 3 novembre 2009 du recourant et celui du 24 novembre 2009 de l'OAI, vu la déclaration de retrait du recours envoyée le 3 décembre 2009 par le recourant; considérant qu’il y a lieu de rayer la cause du rôle par suite de retrait du recours, selon la procédure de l’art. 94 al. 1 let. c LPA-VD (loi vaudoise sur la procédure administrative; RSV 173.36), qu’il n’y a pas lieu de percevoir des frais de justice ni d’allouer de dépens (art. 91 et 99 LPA-VD).
