The appellant challenged the Cantonal Government’s approval of the zoning plan of Fusio (now Lavizzara). At the hearing on 14 September 2005, the appellant’s representatives withdrew the appeal. The Tribunal della pianificazione del territorio therefore declared the proceeding exhausted and struck the appeal from the docket. It ordered that no court fees or expenses be levied.

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
