The appellants challenged a municipal planning zone decision adopted by the municipality of CO 1. Before the court ruled on the merits, they withdrew the appeal in writing on 13 June 2005. The Tribunal of the Planning of the Territory therefore considered the proceedings exhausted, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be charged.

decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
