Sintesi

The appellant challenged the State Council's approval of a revision to the municipal zoning plan. At the hearing of 10 April 2003, he informed the court that he was withdrawing the appeal. The Tribunal of the Planning of the Territory therefore struck the case from its docket and ordered that no court fees or costs be taken.
