The municipality appealed a State Council decision setting a substitute monetary contribution for the reduction of agricultural land. After the challenged decision was rectified by a later government resolution that granted the appellant's requests, the municipality withdrew the appeal. The Tribunal of the planning of the territory therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no fees or expenses be collected.

preso atto che, a seguito della rettifica della risoluzione governativa impugnata effettuata con risoluzione __________novembre 2002 (n. __________), che accoglie le domande del ricorrente, quest'ultimo ha comunicato al Tribunale di ritirare l’impugnativa con lettera __________;

decreta

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
