The Territorial Planning Court of Ticino dealt with an administrative planning appeal against a municipal decision concerning a planning zone and neighborhood plans. After the respondents had filed observations, the appellants declared at the hearing of 28 November 2000 that they were withdrawing the appeal. The court held that the matter had become moot and ordered the appeal stricken from the docket. It also decided that no court fees or expenses would be levied.
