The appellant challenged the general plan concerning the construction of a tunnel, but at the hearing of 27 July 2001 it declared that it was withdrawing the appeal. The Tribunal of the planning of the territory therefore found that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal stricken from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or costs would be levied. The decision was notified to the municipal and cantonal authorities involved.
