The appellant challenged a State Council decision approving a zoning-plan amendment concerning the inventory of buildings outside building zones. On 6 February 2004, through counsel, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The Tribunal of the Planning of the Territory therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, ordered the case struck from the docket, and decided that no court fees or expenses would be charged.
Withdrawal of the appeal; striking-off of the case from the docket. When the appellant withdraws the appeal, the proceedings are terminated and the court issues no substantive ruling on the merits; absent contrary grounds, no fees or expenses are levied.
