The Territorial Planning Court of Ticino dealt with an appeal against the State Council's approval of a planning inventory for buildings outside building zones in the municipality. At the hearing, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The court therefore held that the case had become moot, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be collected.
