The appellant withdrew the appeal against the State Council’s approval of variants to a municipal zoning plan. The Territorial Planning Court held that the proceedings had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the roll. It further decided that no court fees or expenses would be collected.
Withdrawal of appeal; mootness; strike-off from the roll. Where the appellant withdraws the challenge, the proceedings lose their object and are to be removed from the docket. In such a situation the court may order that no fees or expenses be charged.
