The appellants challenged the State Council's approval of a zoning-plan amendment concerning buildings outside building zones. Before the merits were decided, their representative informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The Territorial Planning Court therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no fees or costs be charged.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal; the court strikes the matter from the rolls without examining the merits. In the absence of a continued dispute, the proceeding is terminated by procedural order. Where the court so provides, no court fees or expenses are charged; the dispositive order reflects only the procedural discontinuance and the ancillary cost allocation.

decreta
