The appellant filed a planning-law appeal against a State Council decision approving a partial revision of the zoning plan and the inventory of buildings outside the building zones of the municipality. Before the Tribunal della pianificazione del territorio ruled, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 29 May 1998. The court therefore held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. No fees or costs were charged.
