The appellant withdrew an appeal against a State Council resolution approving a planning variant concerning the inventory of buildings outside building zones. The Territorial Planning Court held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or costs would be levied.
Withdrawal of the appeal and loss of object; when the appellant expressly withdraws the challenge, the court strikes the proceeding from the docket as moot. In such a case, and absent contrary reasons, no court fees or expenses are levied (consid. implied by the dispositive part).
