The Patriziato challenged a State Council decision approving a zoning-plan variant on buildings outside building zones. Before the Tribunal of the territorial planning, the patrizial office informed the court by letter of 17/18 June 2003 that it was withdrawing the appeal. The president therefore ordered the case struck from the docket and decided that no court fees or expenses would be charged. preso atto che, con lettera 17/18 giugno 2003, l'ufficio patriziale ha comunicato al Tribunale di ritirare l’impugnativa;

decreta:
