Sintesi

The appellant challenged the State Council's approval of a zoning-plan variant concerning the inventory of buildings outside building zones in the municipality. Before the court ruled on the merits, the appellant's representative withdrew the appeal by letter of 12 August 1997. The Tribunal held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It also ordered that no taxes or costs be collected.
