The appeal against a government resolution approving zoning-plan amendments and an inventory of buildings outside building zones was withdrawn by the appellant's counsel before decision. The Tribunal of Territorial Planning held that the case had become moot and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or expenses would be collected.
Withdrawal of the appeal; mootness of the proceedings. Where the appellant withdraws the appeal before judgment, the court strikes the case from the docket for lack of subject matter. In such circumstances, and absent special reasons, no court fees or party costs are charged (consid. 1-2).
