In an administrative planning appeal, the appellant informed the Tribunal on 2004-02-29 that it was withdrawing the appeal against the Consiglio di Stato's 1981 approval of a zoning plan. The Tribunal accordingly declared the proceedings exhausted and struck the appeal from the docket. It also ordered that no court fees or expenses be collected.
