Sintesi

In a planning-law appeal against the State Council’s approval of a municipal zoning plan, the Tribunal of the territorial planning noted that several appellants had withdrawn their appeal in 1995 and another appellant withdrew in February 2004. The court also recorded that one parcel had been wrongly attributed in the appeal and belonged to another owner. As all appellants had withdrawn, the proceedings were considered exhausted and the appeal was struck off the docket. The court ordered that no fees or costs be charged.
